Another thing you will want to do is to pay attention to the way you compose your picture because having something in the exact middle of the photo with symmetry does not make the picture come out as looking like a unified piece, so you will probably want to mentally divide what you see into thirds so that there is a better balance between the background and foreground and this will also contribute to people’s sense of dimensionality in the picture, so that it will not look too flat.
